LoftAgents.com lists only agents with verified hard loft transaction experience. If you've closed hard loft transactions in Toronto and want to be found by the buyers and sellers who are actively researching this market, this is where they look.
Vetting criteria
LoftAgents.com is a specialist directory. We don't list every agent who has sold a condo near a loft building. The criteria are specific to hard loft transactions, and the vetting process checks them against verifiable records.
This isn't a pay-to-play directory. Listing is free for agents who meet the criteria. The value of the directory depends on the quality of agents in it, and that means the criteria stay firm.
Hard loft means converted from non-residential use. Soft lofts, loft-style condos, and standard condos near loft districts don't count. We verify against MLS records.
During the review conversation, we'll ask about buildings in your stated specialty areas. An agent who knows the Toy Factory was an Irwin Toy factory and knows the building's reserve fund reputation is different from one who knows it's a loft building in Liberty Village.
Heritage designation review or permit experience. Live/work financing navigation. Status certificate review on a building with a significant finding. Multi-offer situation on a hard loft that required building-specific knowledge to execute.
Two references from clients who closed a hard loft transaction with you. They'll be contacted briefly. We're looking for confirmation that the experience was what we'd want buyers to have.
Active registration, no disciplinary history. Standard check.
